H&M Development and Blue Vista Capital Management purchased a property in Hialeah to build a self-storage facility. Landco LLC, an affiliate of Tom Thumb Food Stores in Hialeah, sold the 2.05-acre site at 2401 W. Okeechobee Road for $5.58 million to Hialeah Storage Associates LLC, a joint venture between Aventura-based H&M Development and Chicago-based Blue Vista Capital Management. Property data firm Vizzda confirmed the buyer and seller information. The vacant site last traded for $3.5 million in 2018.
